Great picture and features but...

 

After only 9 months this TV won't fully power on. Called in and first tier support went through script, power cycled, etc. Can't get past "Smart TV" and 4-icon screens, just keeps restarting itself over and over. Can't do built-in diagnostics because...

Great TV

 

So far I love the tv and all the features that is has, picture is great, sound isnt too bad. Only thing that would need work is the Voice recognition pops up every once in a while on the tv.
