HP 14-bp071sa 14" Laptop - Snow White

Speed of the Processor is excellent - good value for money. Very fast to download Office 365, keyboard easy to use, regular updates coming in all the time - again very quick to upload. Instructions for set-up very clear and precise.

It will never break no matter what it’s really fast and usefull

Too soon to tell - purchased as a Christmas present and I am being asked for feedback

Trying to get the item from the store it had been delivered to - no notification of delivery and when I went into the store to ask what was happening I was told it was not there. When I called customer services it had been delivered a few days previous!

Great look and feel for a budget laptop, its lightweight and the white keyboard but black surround looks really good.

After starting up it had a blank screen due to bugs that needed a trip To pc world to fix . Not a good start to a brand new computer. Wouldn’t get it with an Apple product I’m sure.

Small, light weight with pleasing layout. Available in variety of colours (I chose white). Clear graphics and comfortable keys

Not really. Just need to practise with it to understand its capabilities. Doesn’t compare to an iPad for speed but then I bought it to use as an electronic typewriter
