for a referbished unit,it was like new which i never expected. its fast and for a basic laptop it is more than adequate for my requirements.

Pre installed software that cant be removed. Keeps losing WiFi link router. Fonts on many programmes distorted.

Easy to carry. Compared to my last computer it's very quick.

Battery not too bad but I find plugging it in better. Have bought a mouse which I can use more easily.
