At the time we received Government grants to purchase water efficient front loading machines so the cost was quite reasonable.

Where do I start.. Machine takes forever to wash, it locks up if the water filter blocks up (ie it wont empty itself) you need to spill water all over the floor to fix. Noisy, it goes for a walk by itself.

Not an expensive machine to buy. Good water efficiency. It's still working well after plenty of use. It does not leak, which is alway a concern for entrants to the front loading game.

Had it for about 5 years. Cycles are long, power consumption is proportional. Noisy and jumping in the spin cycle > select 600 rpm over 800 rpm - this helps but clothes are not as dry coming out. After 5 years, spin-only cycle no longer works -...

I regulare use the short cycle (should be 35 mins) BUT IT NEVER DOES A 354 MIN Cycle - today tops the cake 1 1/2 hrs !!!! and unlike a top loader, and with this model, you can open the door during the cycle... so if it can't redistrubute the load it...

Gentle wash. Does not damage clothes. Very clean wash. Water and power efficient. Quiet.

Nothing so far. I've had it for 3 years.

Great options for wash cycles including pre soak for the chefs dirty whites and my delicates too. Clothes come out well rinsed and spun.

A con of front loaders in general is the time it takes for a full wash, over two hours for this model and you can't pop that last sock in you find when the load has already started!
