Very disappointed

I bought this machine 10 day ago and I am very disappointed with it. It does not seem to function well. It is so completed that I have spent hours trying to get it to work properly. It does not seem to be heating correctly, and I would gladly go back...

This 8KG model is MORE expensive than the higher 9KG model. Having purchased the 9KG washing Machine, John Lewis appear to have never had the matching model Dryer to go with it, Even though the product image for this 8KG model appears to be the exact...
