Great Vac but horrible service

 

I to found the vac to be great, but after 6 months the turbo belt broke, that would be okay if I could have got any help re my warranty or Greys on Line where I purchase it.Went to Godfreys who supplied me with the closest size belt they had $11.95....

Very strong suction

Poor warranty after sales service

 

I purchsed the grunn GUV200A from Grunn Online in their ebay store. Its very heavy to manouver around but has very good suction and the turbo brush picks up a fantastic amount of pet hair. The second time i used it the belt on the turbo brush broke,...
