Sturdy little camera

 

At this price I couldn't resist as I had an old B/W security monitor I knew worked and I like gadgets to play with. Couldn't do better for taking at look at a back door or finding out what's eating the bird food. The 3 wires are yellow for video, white...

Tiny at about 2" tall. The mount and housing are all cast metal. The six infrared LED's produce totally invisible light. One provided screw mounts it

Don't expect to light up a yard with those little LED's. I think about 10' would be max

Inexpensive, only OK image

 

grainier image than two bullet cameras I already had, but those cameras were 8 times more expensive. Overall good value for your money but buy something else if image quality (non grainy) is important.

Low price, small camera, long cable

Only average image quality. Since it cannot be positioned upside down, because the image is then upside down, it is very hard to place in a low spot facing up, the camera bumps against the wall. I assumed that with the IR lights it would work better in...

a great camera if you want to mount it indoors looking through a window
