Not user friendly

 

Received the product and power supply was defective; Lorex replaced. DVR fan is VERY loud and not appropriate for residential environment. Instructions are very basic and not user friendly at all. Good for basic recording but user interface is poor.

extremely happy with the purchase of this system it is our second one that we have tried ... another company's product only lasted 3 yrs when the motherboard of the dvr fried manual compared to the competition is well written and much more user...
