Easy to set up and user friendly. I like the remote. The picture quality lets it down, very blury and fuzzy with no defind edges, even on the hd channels its still not great. Tested on netflix 4k and was still dissopointed with the picture quality. I...

This TV was an upgrade,our old Sony tv was fine but didn't have the features of new model,new tv is excellent,picture is first class,easy to set up,matched up to Sony BluRay Player & Soundbar,really happy with purchase

Remote control buttons and key operations are too close together

We bought this product recently and love the sharp clear crystal picture. Also purchased the Sony sound system and would highly recommend it too
