The LG BX brings high-end features for a great price, still with that rich OLED image quality
4K 120fps & VRR support for games ; Cinematic image quality ; Great smart platform
Weaker in bright light ; Average audio
The LG BX is a compelling OLED TV, with superior HDMI support, and a high overall level of picture quality with both regular HD and 4K content. Throw in the competitive price, and you've got a bargain.

To call it the "entry" OLED model in LG's 2020 range somewhat undersells this super 4K telly. Shame the catch-up services aren't yet complete is all.
Great 4K picture quality and HDR support ; HDMI v2.1 support for 4K at 120fps ; Great operating system
No Freeview Play ; Limited catch-up TV apps (2021 predicted) ; Older processing engine
The new entry-level OLED TV from LG offers high-spec connectivity for gamers, but catch-up TV fans need to look elsewhere. Still, grab a separate streamer and you've got a stellar screen that punches well beyond its asking price.

Outstanding reflection handling. Wide viewing angles. Removes 24p judder from any source. Really low input lag. Perfect black uniformity. Infinite contrast ratio. VRR support. Excellent wide color gamut for HDR content. Near-instant response time.
Doesn't get very bright. Lower-frame rate content stutters. Risk of permanent burn-in.
