Best TV j ever had

I purchased the Emerson LF320EM4 32" online for my sister to pick up in St. Louis and when she got home, she had a used tv with no screws attached. I didn't pay for a used TV!! I paid for a brand new one. She will be returning the TV back to Walmart....
