the same as most new toasters, they will not toast all of a slice of bread either the depth is not enough or if you put the bread in on its side it is to long. This is with various makes of sliced bread

Looks very nice , like the blue lighting and easy to use.

Not deep enough slots for toast have to turn slices over half way through. Becomes annoying as often forget and only two thirds of piece is toasted .
