Looks good, but takes too long

This toaster looks very good and has all the necessary bells & whistles, however it seems to be under powered and often takes two attempts to toast anything. Switching between different bread products seems to result in very poor results. Somewhat...

So Slow

This toaster takes forever to make toast. Toasts quite evenly, eventually, but toast is hard and dry.

Gets too hot

It heats up so that the whole casing gets really hot - too hot to touch & I'd go as far as saying dangerous! Makes great toast, but we're taking ours back!
