Works great, easy to use and good value for the money, sandwiches never get stuck as long as you make sure you butter the outsides.

Plates are not removeable so you have to hand wash it with a cloth, but it's easy since the non stick coating stops the cheese and stuff from sticking and getting burnt on.

No frills value for money toaster -does the job.

build quality generally OK but what can you expect for a fiver.
