It toasts to perfection either bread or bagels and the defrost & keep warm options are unique and time saving.

I was happy to get a toaster that lowers and raises automatically; I loved that feature with my OLD toaster that burned everything. This KitchenAid toaster takes a little longer, but it is worth the wait. Love it!

So easy to use. Purchased for a relative that had a stroke and he can just press a button and done........
