very poor design - burns fingers

 

I researched lots of different toasters before purchasing this one, and chose it based on 3 things. (1) crumpet setting (2) defrost setting (3)high lift lever. I haven't used the defrost setting so can't comment. The high lift lever is a total lie. The...

once you have it on the right setting it toasts quite evenly

slots are too deep..toast/muffins etc hard to remove - ending up with burning fingers trying to get out

Looks good and not too pricey

Dangerous as slots are too deep and toast doesn't rise far enough out once toasted.

Good

 

Looks good, easy to clean and has a cool touch outer casing, its normal with any new toaster to play around with the toast setting till you have the toast the way you like them. Paid $49.95 at retravision.

I just recently purchased one of these, had to have the toast setting fairly low close to lIGHTER for bread colouration as the toast burnt a bit at a higher medium setting, I also use frozen bread so keep that in mind. Does 4 slices of bread or...

So far, no problems.
