Good points: Coverage was good for batch toasting. Bagels toasted evenly, the backs staying soft. The front facing crumb tray is easy to pull out and empty. The lever means you can pop up toast at any time and return without resetting the timer....

Apparently this expensive toasters are the best.....but when mine was delivered, the metal fingers inside the slots were catching on the element protector bars to such a degree that the lifting/lowering knob would not work at all. I had to adjust them...

Excellent product, well made and much more efficient than previous toaster. Would have bought the latest kettle too, if it had been made in the same colour as the toaster, which is apple red.

We upgraded our Dualit toaster from the basic model to this beauty. It is simply stunning to look at in the limited edition version only to John Lewis in porcelain and we love it. 4 slice is great and functions can be changed just to cook 1-4 slices....
