You would think it would work out of the box

 

If you're a big greasy corporation with service agreements with Xerox this should be fine, but if you're a consumer or small business don't waste your time with this money pit.

It looks nice

I've owned this printer for over a month now and it hasn't printed a single page. I've RMA'd just about every component on this thing and it still only prints blank pages. I've replaced the toner cartridges, imaging unit, laser, belt and fuser. Still...
