I love this product as copying and printing is quick. Print quality is superb and there are many inbuilt features such as the printer can be connected to the Web, scanning documents to desktop any many more. The thing I do like very much about this...

Duplex printing. The draft print quality is very good.

Easy to assemble, and to use, would recommend.

It took a while to load the software.

Smart, streamlined, and wifi - perfect!

The colour ink is combined, so you have to replace the whole cartridge, even if some of the elements are fine. And even worse, there is no option (that I've spotted yet) to print only in B&W, which used to save me wasting the colour ink.
