missing toner inside?

It fits my printer - as it should

I keep getting a low toner warning from my printer. It seems like the manufacturer had a bad batch and forgot to fill and top-off my cartridge with toner. I can't return it now

Wrong cartridge in box

We have 14 Brother printers or Multifunctional units have had several problems now. Brother customer support basically said TO BAD in every case. We will be replacing all of our Brother units with something else!

No problem with Newegg

Received 2 TN430 in box's marked TN460 on the outside. Had it more then 30 days so Newegg couldn't help. Contacted Brother customer support and they said that they wouldn't do anything because we could have switched it
