Useful to get a broad range of information on what makes up your mass, not entirely convinced on the accuracy though.

Pairing wasn't as simple as it should've been. The scale shows some information regarding bone mass etc randomly and other times it just shows overall weight and weather. Often it involves a lot of repositioning yourself on the scale over and over...

Its simple yet very informative and easily lets me track my body composition.

Very occasionally I have had bad readings on composition but these can be deleted easily using the app's functions.
