1. Good sound quality, surround sound, bass 2. Decent price I bought it for $580 as on Sep 2011 3. Includes 3D, Blu-ray, FM, iPOD connectivity

No WiFi internet, won't work with LG WiFi dongle, so you may have to find a WiFi to Ethernet bridge, could be $100 to avoid wiring problem. I am trying to use my old WLAN internet modem to see if I can use that as Ethernet bridge.
