Fantastic soup maker, it's easy to use and very quick. I received this as a present and absolutely love it.

Useful as part of keeeping fit

only used it once after initial start-up was simple to use and made a great soup. so far so good

RETUNED 2, I CHOSE ANOTHER MAKE ON THE NEXT TIME HAD THREE IN ONE WEEK . THE LAST ONE HAS BEEN NO PROBLEM

First batch of soup cooked was great but second batch did not cook, went straight onto blend cycle and did not heat.

This would be brilliant but the soup burns on the bottom. Argos exchanged it with no problem but the replacement did exactly the same, so we had a refund.

We had to return 2 of this item and each time we used it more than once it would not work. Not at all impressed with this item
