Very quiet and although a little heavier, if you just hold it gently and let it get on with work, it is fine - and I have arthritis. Mixes better/ sugar really quickly and dough hooks sort out the cake batter.

Cord a little flimsy for the weight of the mixer.

A very good tool let down by the power cord

The power cord is twisting already and being thin is difficult to keep straight. It needs to be of the swivel type, like hair straighteners etc. For its current price you would expect this.
