As per some other reviews the box will not turn on ( red light flashing) therefore useless after approx 13 months since buying the pvr , now its time for the rubbish bin & i won't buy another strong product as its not very strong at all, not a happy...

Have had product just over 12 months as gift, flashing red light and now it wont turn on . Yes it is just out of warranty and so i contacted them now they want to pay the expense of mailing it back and repair costs, when there has been the same...

We too had the same red light/no response issues as other reviews have experienced. Ours was also just a few weeks outside the warranty period but Strong repaired it for free (as long as we paid postage) Now a few months later, we are unable to fast...

I got mine May 2012, So i've had it less then a year and now the red standby light flashes, wont turn on! not to mention yes it is still under warrenty but I have to pay to post it to them in order for it to be fixed! Dont ever buy a strong product!!!...
