Bought this as a gift. Doesn't really do what it 'says on the tin' : the shaver head is not effective on even a day old beard growth. Resorted to using the trimmer attachment constantly which defeats the purpose! Even at reduced price, not worth it....

with a full growth I used the trimmer to cut the facial hair short which took no time at all and then used the normal attachment to finish the job. It was so easy to change between them as well
