Awkward user interface and menu system. Lacks turn-by-turn list view.

An awkward user interface makes the ViaMichelin X-970 difficult to operate. And for approximately the same price, you can buy Magellan's Maestro 4050 or the Mio C520, both of which have bigger, 4.3-inch wide screens.

I have been trying to figure this GPS system out for a month. I waited too late to send it back. I have not been able to get one route. It appears to be freezing up. I would not recommend this particular system. I am going to call tech support and see...

Very Poor GPS

This thing could find the street I was Driving on, And If you want to know where every Mobil Home Park is it will tell you, But when you want a POI good Luck, all it would show is Wal-Mart
