Not a bad GPS but expensive

I purchased the MAX675VD II and have been watching and waiting for the NAX670HD to come down slightly in price. I have been reading as many reviews as I could find to make sure this is a good unit before I purchased.

It works with my head unit

NAX970HD Problems

Hi, I have a Clarion NAX970HD and there are some pros and cons on this thing. It's a solid machine and it boots up fast but Clarion needs an update on this thing.

Solid, boots fast, don't have to press OK everytime to view map

Software glitches galore, non existant map updates available from Clarion

Excellent

This unit works with the sirius SIR-CL3 contrairy to other reviews. THe POI touch to go feature doesnt bother me too much but they are right it doesnt give you info on the POI. THe 3-D is amazing and clear. My unit does cancel the route when i arrive...

This navigation unit does the job, but I wouldn't say that it is better than the navigation I have in my Acura TL. First of all, you can have the navigation map display points of interest like ATM's, gas stations, and restaurants, but what good does...

NO PINPOINT NAVIGATION WITH POI ICONS, NO COMPATIBILITY WITH XM OR SIRIUS NAV TRAFFIC
