I would have to say that the only down side is that it comes with no DVI cable thats about it. Oh also the change input button some times has to be pushed more then once to change the input but its more of a slight inconvenience then a con to me but...

Picture quality is excellent for an office monitor (I am not a gamer). Lots of inputs and I like the way that the active input is selected
