Tefal Easy Soup

Looks good. Several features. The only problem was it didn't work. Tefal confirmed my brand new machine was faulty. Is it just a one-off, or a bad product?

I don't know how I lived without this product..easy to use ,easy to clean and easy on the eye.

I had been told how good soup makers are but until I tried it I really didn't believe it. Made the most tasty, smooth butternut squash soup and it was so quick. Didn't find the recipe book as good as it could have been. But lots of recipe online.
