Newegg is a hero when it came to returning this and made it easy as pie.

Ninja Kicks Bum - Shipper not so much

Ninja is everything as advertised. Smoothies in seconds, amazing blending and food processing capabilities, really happy with this purchase. Makes 80% of kitchen prep unbelievably easy

Shipper sent the product in the box as is and it was pretty well beat up in transit. It was beat up so bad i couldnt tell if this was an opened product or not. I have pics to prove it ; Not cool newegg
