Have wanted a kitchenaid mixer for years and now I have one. Looking forward to obtaining the spiralizer, raviloi, and meat grinder to make many of my recipes from scratch.

So far, I have only used the mixer once but I used it for meringues. The mixer made the stiffest peaks I have ever made in a fraction of the time. Then when I folded in the chocolate, the meringues did not lose their air and the cookies were delicious.
