Only used it once but no major complaints. We like the tray for the attachments as it makes it easier to keep things tidy. Considering the low price we paid, the quality is acceptable.

Bought for my mother as she can't use hands aswell now so wanted electric mixer. I bought her this and she very happy with it saying it's lightweight and does the job perfectly
