I would really have appreciated more instructions on use or a recipe book or even booklet.

Made of metal no plastic. Fantastic machine.

Whisk gets all around the bowl. Love it.

I would have liked some little rubber stoppers/feet on the metal mixing bowl so that it does not scratch my kitchen surface.
