not as easy to use as I expected still having some problems with milk

I like it the coffee it makes.. There are just two things - it would be nice to buy the coffee in Waitrose rather than by post and the milk doesn't get very hot so the coffee isn't hot enough. Rather disappointing as you have to put it in the microwave.

This is a great machine. Easy to use, produces excellent coffee. The only minus point in my opinion is the location of the water tank at the rear of the machine. It can be awkward to get to and remove and replace.
