I only drink black coffee and it makes it very well; friends who drink theirs with milk say that the cappuccino is excellent.

The menu is quite complicated until you get used to it and the milk setup is fiddly.

Looks great, makes great coffee, easy to clean and very quick.

While it might be a bit on the expensive side I have had zero regrets about this purchase

This is the second integrated coffee machine we have owned this being much higher quality than the previous make. Coffee is great, having ability to add milk to the machine rather than having just a frothing nozzle is much better. Looks very stylish too.

Instructions to install weren't very clear but my husband and I managed it under an hour

ease of use, frothy milk makes hot chocolate, hot water for tea. touch one button for a drink easy to clean

water connection would be better as the water tank has to be filled frequently. milk container has to be filled and tends to get left out - wake up to off milk daily (left out by kids)
