I don't agree with the earlier reviewer.  I've had this pot for over a month now, no more spills than other coffeemakers, fits perfectly, and it saved me $5 over the Mr. Coffee pot.  Definitely recommend!

The coffee pot fit our coffee maker, but it is very messy and spills every time you pour.
