Beautiful unit. Easy to use. Makes very hot coffee and keeps it hot for over 4 hours. If you preheat the pot it will keep the coffee hot all day. Some say the unit pours slow but personally I'm not in a great hurry when I'm pouring. It pours just fine....

Fantastic coffee maker, but what you would expect from Krups. Shipping and receipt of unit was prompt. My old Krups died after 8 years, and rather than do without coffee during the repair time, I replaced it with a new Krups.
