Works as advertised. Purchased in Nov. 2009, starting using it in early 2012 - still working well. Removable grinder is convenient for cleaning.

Ample pressure is required on top to start grinding; should be a little easier.

When it ran, it did a good job grinding coffee - fine or coarse.

Lasted for 2 years. I guess we live in a disposable society!

Junk. Broke. Purchased this for a Christmas gift. Stopped working two weeks after Christmas. I would expect a kitchen appliance to last longer than two weeks
