For the price you cant beat it.

Cheap, brews nice, aroma fills the room up with a nice scent, and the auto shutoff is nice for the office

Got this for less than what it would cost to replace the carafe, which is what we needed

Yes, the pouring procedure is a little tricky. NOT the worst thing in the world. wish we could have just replaced the carafe for ten dollars. Anyone need an extra coffee maker sans carafe
