best thing about this maker is its looks, thats it ; lets you know when to descale ( but always de-lime every 2-3months, with this machine) ; removable charcoal water filter ; love the analog gage that lets you know how much coffee is left

horrible reliability max life time is about 1 year or less ; for reliability reasons you probably cant use the descale light to know when to de-lime

No carafe. Looks nice

Coffee tastes burnt after 5 minutes. Absolutely way too much heat on the warmer and it cannot be adjusted. Can only fit small cups under dispenser so you have to use another cup to fill your travel mugs

Attractive, easy to use. Keeps coffee hot for more than 4 hours and is easy to clean

Leaks at times, must let cool down completely before cleaning the machine as it burns your hands, which could take about an hour after shut off ; Clock is hard to read if not impossible. Doesn't fit thermal mugs underneath unless you slide the bottom...
