well pleased with my purchase it is a pleasure to have cup of coffee as if it came costa or simalar outlets

easy to use, bit of noise on first use but just turn the steam knob on the top , after that its fine, good milk frother , good to look at and move drip cover and you can use a mug .

I bought this for my husband for Christmas and he is delighted with it. Both ground coffee and ESE pods can be used and there is a steamer to froth up the milk.
