Terrible
If you want a hot coffee check out the Citiz ... better coffee. The Citiz with the milk frother leaves this machine for dead. I returned my Lattissima and purchased the Citiz Milk and just love it.

easy to use and clean. pods are a tidy way to enjoy cafe style coffee and i think the pods tastemuch better than coffee ive had in various cafes
