This unit was in much better condition that the first unit sent. (as stated in previous review the reservoir was cracked on the first unit and it had to be returned for replacement). Unpacked, went through the cleaning and setup and brewed my first cup...

It arrived with a reservoir tank that was cracked top to bottom, it had been packed by the refurbisher in that condition.I was dubious of going through the RMA for a replacement, since the first one was broken. Bu,t they don't offer a refund on this...

Initial price was reasonable.

Leaks from the base of the water tank where a silicone connector is in the base. Add RMA shipping to original price and its not as good a deal.

This has to be one of the best Coffee makers I have ever used. It has a huge reservoir and the the additions of a hot water button and a rinse feature really up over the top compared to other single serve brewing systems. Overall, I highly recommend it
