Trio Non iPod MP3 Player

the touch screen does not work. Stopped working within a couple of days after receiving it and unfortunately it was given as a Christmas gift and the person lives out of state so I don't know if I will be able to return in time

I gave this to my grandaughter and she was happy but not after one day use she had problems with touch screen and lost all music that was loaded by her father. I returned it for an exchange for the Colby mp3 with 8gb and she loves this one, no problems...
