Complete junk! only turns on if still connected to the computer. once i disconnect it, it turns off and can't be turned back on. Go spend the extra cash and buy an ipod or even a sony. Junk, Junk, Junk!!!!

This product is "cool" because it is Monster High. Even fully charged, the player only turns on half the time. When it did turn on, the graphics were warped or blurred.

This is junk! I charged these for my kids Christmas morning and one wouldn't turn on after charging!! The button to turn on feels like it's gonna fall off! everything about these are junk! spending the extra $30 for the sony walkman!

Cute/popular design. Works. But, won't hold the charge...and doesn't use regular batteries. Probably should have researched for durability.

Bought this for my daughter for her 6th birthday...She loves it. We have not had any issues with it and it is very easy to understand. I highly recommend this as a first MP3 player.
