Cheap, battery has lasted amazingly well. Pretty good for a first generation portable MP3 unit.

Cheap, ugly clip-on holster. And ooohhh, so slow to index.

it has lots of space to put songs or files and is mac osx compatable

it is slow to respond. must index for hours when you add new music
