It's an ok product. It sometimes works ok, but don't expect too much. I can hear hiss and sometimes one side sound quieter than the other. Reset the head by doing a fast forward makes it a bit better. Ok for an cassette adapter, but don't expect.. also...

This thing is amazing... produces clean, clear and CD quality-like sounds from my 8-year old car. I've tried Circuit City brand Nexxtech, it performs poorly and expensive. No problem yet... occasional ticking but I can live with that because for this...

The wire connecting the tape adapter to the iPod became defective after aboug 3 months of infrequent use.
