After using the dvd player for half an hour it stopped playing and the wouldn't open. I eventually had to take it apart to get the dvd out - therefore meaning I couldn't even return it and get my money back!

Would be nice to have a time indicator or digital display so if you need to stop a dvd it's easy to fast forward to the time you stopped watching. However, that would indeed make the machine larger and since I wanted compact it's not an issue for me.

Brought two DVD players for my childrens bedroom. Absolutely perfect for what I need. My son aged 5 can operate the DVD for himself with no problems.
