The Fujifilm Fujinon XF 18-135mm F3.5-5.6 R LM OIS WR lens is well made and covers a long zoom range, but we expect more consistent performance at this price point.

Strong center sharpness. 7.5x zoom ratio. Image stabilization system. Even illumination from corner to corner. Quick focus. Sturdy, weather-sealed build.

Inconsistent edge quality. Some distortion at 18mm. Expensive.

Fujifilm FUJINON XF18-135mmF3.5-5.6 R LM OIS WR

 

Fujifilm är klara med sitt första vädertåliga objektiv i form av en kraftig standardzoom. Den ligger i XF-serien och bör därför representera något av det bästa som tillverkaren har att bjuda på.

Det är varken lätt, litet eller billigt, men XF18-135mm är ett standardobjektiv i mekanisk och optisk toppklass. Skärpan är bra och reflexerna väl dämpade. Och tack vare den läckra finishen är det ett nöje att jobba med denna bildstabiliserande optik.
